Everything cooked live, over slow fire, with charcoal and firewood. This is what awaits you at every edition of Holy Meat Festival.

Ancestral techniques

We use no gas or electricity. Only charcoal, firewood and live fire. Ancient techniques that transform meat into something sacred.

Grill

The classic technique. Live coals under the grate, direct heat and the unmistakable aroma of charcoal.

Varal

The meat hangs vertically beside the fire. Slow cooking by radiation. Ancestral gaucho technique.

Cruzeta

The whole piece crossed over the embers. Uniform, slow, ceremonious cooking. The most visual ritual.

Slow Cooking

Hours of slow cooking with charcoal and firewood. No rush. The antithesis of fast food made real.

Sustainability commitment

Reusable kit with plate, cutlery and cup included with every ticket. All leftover food is donated to charities. Celebrate without waste.
